Cherry tomatoes-no refrigeration needed, just put them in a portable container.
Peanut butter (or almond butter, sunflower seed butter…) and jelly sandwich on whole grain bread
Apples, bananas, and oranges
Individually sized cans of chicken or tuna with a pop-top lid
Trail mix made with combo of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and chocolate pieces
Take bottled water on board to stay hydrated. Don’t forget to pack a few pieces of plastic silverware if needed and some wet wipes. Not only will these snacks help during your flight, they can also come in handy at the hotel or the relative’s house.
